Tutto perfetto: posizione, comodità, assistenza

Muy limpio, muy bien organizado todo y con todo lo necesario para el día a día, una ubicación perfecta con todos los servicios necesarios a la puerta de casa, se siente uno como en su propia casa.

Nos ha encantado quedarnos en el apartamento de Archeros 9. Todo dentro del mismo funcionó perfectamente, incluyendo la buena señal de Internet y la calefacción (sí, hasta en Sevilla en invierno puede hacer falta ponerla). La ubicación es excelente, en el barrio de Santa Cruz por la Puerta de la Carne (en la punta de los Jardines de Murillo) - una callejuela muy silenciosa, pero al lado una calle con todos los establecimientos y servicios. Fran fue muy atento, ofreciendo recomendaciones útiles, y permitiendonos estar unas horas más después del tiempo estandar de checkout (11:00). Seguramente volveremos en un próxima visita a Sevilla!

Great place. Room were very spacious, apartment is super clean. Location is fab. Within walking distance to many places. Comms we’re good to for check in. Would happily return.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Palacio Jardines. We will definitely come back to this place on our next trip to Sevilla. The apartment was spacious, clean and the decor was perfect. And of course the location superb!

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment - and only wish we could have stayed longer! Excellent location, quiet, exceptionally clean, great shower, and a super comfy bed. The wifi wasn't the strongest (in our unit at least) - but I was able to take video calls for work in the shared patio area without any problem.

Excellent location in a quiet street steps away from everything. Fran met me there and helped me out with baggage delays, early check in and generally was the most helpful guy ever!! Great spot that I'd give two thumbs up!

Spent a week at the apartment with my wife and 2 kids. The place is great, very close to the historic city center, the house has a great vibe and is extremely cozy. Has all the amenities and utensils you need if you plan on cooking and washing your things yourself, you can even dry clothes on the roof like a local :) I would not think twice and will definitely book the same apartment again next time I go to Seville :)

Hemos estado encantados durante la estancia en el apto. Es amplio , moderno y muy limpio. Para unos días en Sevilla es el alojamiento ideal ya que esta muy cerca de todo con la facilidad adicional de tener un parking en la puerta.

Such a beautiful place. The apartment is so well designed - very stylish and comfortable. The pool is awesome and so quite! The communication with the team was super easy and they helped so much. The best place we stayed at during our trip. We will definitely come again!

El apartamento es estupendo, muy confortable, en un sitio fantástico, cerca de todo lo que interesa visitar y sin las incomodidades de estar en el centro peatonal, a nada de los Jardines de Murillo y pudiendo llegar en coche hasta la misma puerta. Zona silenciosa y a la vez muy cerca de bares y restaurantes. Las camas muy cómodas y los cuartos de baño espaciosos y con buena ducha.

Tres bonne literie. On apprécie qu il y ait de l huile, du sopalin, du papier toilette, du produit vaisselle...Il manque juste des epingles à linges.Nous avons aussi apprécié les trottinettes en bas de l immeuble à louer grace a une application. Il y a un spar quasiment en bas de l immeuble et un restaurant qui fait de tres bonne pizza a emporté!Nous avons pu prendre l appartement en avance car il n etait pas loué c est un gros avantage aussi! Le quartier est tres agreable et tout peut se faire a pieds. Il y a un loueur de velo a 8mins et il garde aussi les bagages, il est tres sympas c est ' bunny bike'.

We loved the neighborhood and Triana in general. Walked to everything and rented bikes - recommend it! The apartment was on a quiet street, perfect. It is brand new and has all facilities.

Este apartamento tiene calidades de lujo, en un edificio de nueva construcción, con dos baños completos y dos amplias habitaciones, cocina SUPER equipada con todo y salón comedor super acogedor. Si volvemos a Sevilla lo volveremos a reservar ;). Está en la calle Castilla a 5min andando del Puente de Triana. MUY RECOMENDABLE!!

Apartamento de nueva construcción con todas las comodidades. En pleno centro de Sevilla a 5min andando de las Setas de Sevilla (Metropol Parasol). Sin duda, volveremos!

Todo perfecto. Apartamento en pleno centro de Sevilla, en zona típica de restaurantes. Desde las ventanas se ven los Jardines de Murillo que paseando se llega en 5min a los Reales Alcázares y en menos de 10min a la Catedral y Giralda. Barrio con mucha vida, para sentirse un auténtico sevillano. Bien comunicado, con parada de taxi en la esquina y a 15min andando de la estación de trenes de Santa Justa Sevilla. Dos habitaciones dobles con un baño reformado. Tiene un patio trasero donde poder tender o desayunar al aire libre.

We loved everything about the appartement, the location, our host and ofcourse Sevilla.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist super zentral, so dass man viel zu Fuß erledigen kann. Zur Cathedrale sind es ca. 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und ruhig. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 4 und 5 für eine Woche im Februar dort. Die Temperaturen (20_24 Grad) sind optimal um sich vom Winter in Deutschland zu erholen und um Ausflüge zu machen. Wir würden wiederkommen.
